Thinking of moving to Northwood?

New members are the lifeblood of our Community and we put a lot of effort into giving a warm welcome to our New Members and working with them to find the way they want to establish themselves and feel comfortable and confident with us.

Your first step towards membership is to contact David Davis via the Shul office on 01923 820004. He will then progress your enquiry in the way which suits you best. We are very happy to arrange a meeting in your home or at the Shul. Some people like to meet the Rabbi, for others just receiving an application form is what they prefer.

Once you have completed an application form we’ll discuss the current membership fees and move forward with the formalities to confirm your membership as soon as we can and with the minimum of fuss.

We will make sure that you feel comfortable in the community, meet some people, and are aware of our wide range of activities so that you can choose if you want to become involved in those which suit you best.

Our new members activities are under the control of a small hard working group of our members which currently consists of:-

Sue Morgan
Jane Rome
Jeremy Stern
Stuart Soloway
Sue Soloway

Rabbi Freedman also keeps fully up to date with all our new member enquiries and activities. Any of them will be happy to assist you in any way.

If you have recently joined the synagogue, please take some time to get to know the website so you can be up-to-date with events, people and places.
